We are pleased to present our review of the bank's activity and progress during 2010 and our financial results for the year ended December 31, 2010.

2010 was a pivotal year for us. It was a year of revision of the cornerstones of our business model. We reviewed our procedures and approaches in many ways, ensuring a solid foundation for renewed and consistent growth.
